Product Description: Cello Acrylic Distemper (W.B.) is a high-quality special acrylic emulsion base primer for masonry surfaces. It has excellent adhesion to the surface and possesses good penetrating properties. It provides an excellent base for subsequent coats. This water-based interior/exterior distemper contains anti-fungal and anti-bacterial additives.
